Cervical Radiculopathy
Cervical radiculopathy occurs when a nerve root in the neck is compressed or irritated, causing radiating pain, numbness, or weakness into the arm. We use targeted manual therapy and nerve mobilization to reduce symptoms and restore full function.
Common Symptoms
- Radiating pain from neck into the arm or hand
- Numbness or tingling in the fingers
- Weakness in the shoulder, arm, or grip
- Pain that worsens with neck extension or rotation
Our Treatment Approach
- Cervical traction and nerve mobilization
- Manual therapy for joint decompression
- Scapular and postural strengthening
- Progressive return-to-sport loading
