Frozen Shoulder
Adhesive capsulitis causes progressive stiffness and pain in the shoulder. We use a combination of manual therapy and progressive stretching to accelerate recovery through the freezing, frozen, and thawing phases.
Common Symptoms
- Progressive loss of shoulder range of motion
- Pain that worsens gradually then plateaus
- Difficulty reaching overhead or behind the back
