Lumbar Radiculopathy/Sciatica
Sciatica and lumbar radiculopathy occur when a spinal nerve is compressed or irritated, causing pain, numbness, or weakness down the leg. We use targeted manual therapy, nerve mobilization, and progressive exercise to resolve symptoms.
Common Symptoms
- Pain radiating from the low back down the leg
- Numbness or tingling in the leg or foot
- Weakness in the leg or ankle
- Pain worsened by sitting or bending
