Lumbar Radiculopathy/Sciatica

Sciatica and lumbar radiculopathy occur when a spinal nerve is compressed or irritated, causing pain, numbness, or weakness down the leg. We use targeted manual therapy, nerve mobilization, and progressive exercise to resolve symptoms.

Common Symptoms

  • Pain radiating from the low back down the leg
  • Numbness or tingling in the leg or foot
  • Weakness in the leg or ankle
  • Pain worsened by sitting or bending
