Rebecca (Becky) Francis serves as the Front Office Administrator at Herlong Sports Physical Therapy. Originally from Salem, Virginia, Becky graduated from Mary Baldwin University with a degree in Psychology. Her professional journey began as an in-home mental health case manager, a role she held until relocating to Maryland in 2010. From 2010 to 2023, she worked at Disability Determination Services, where she honed her skills in administrative and case management roles. In 2023, Becky decided it was time for a new challenge and was drawn to Herlong Sports Physical Therapy after speaking with Shawn. His enthusiasm and vision for the company resonated with her, and she was eager to join a team dedicated to exceptional client service. She is proud to be part of a company that delivers top-notch care and is deeply impressed by the amazing clients they serve. Becky lives with her husband, their 11-year-old daughter, Addyson, and their cat, Nigel. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as attending concerts. Her love for live music began in childhood. She attended her first concert, featuring Tina Turner, when she was just four years old, and that experience sparked a lifelong love for music.
