Major injuries can be a significant roadblock to athlete success. Our goal is to get you back to participating in the physical activity you love as quickly as possible, while also ensuring you’re back to full strength when you return.

PREHAB

Taking on a proactive approach before surgery is highly recommended. Establishing a solid foundation prior to the operation can significantly impact your overall performance/timeline of recovery.

We are here to help you build this foundation. With a complete picture of your recovery timeline in front of us, we can create a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for you pre- and post-surgery to lead to the best possible outcome.
