Herlong Sports Physical Therapy provides professional treatment from a number of sports-related injuries, from ACL tears to Achilles tendinopathy and everything in between.

We believe in employing a comprehensive approach using both tried-and-true methods combined with the latest breakthroughs in physical therapy research to create individualized programs for our patients. Our goal is to help you recover from your injury while simultaneously teaching your body how to move to prevent future injury from occurring.

HSPT operates out of the facilities of our awesome partners, but you do not need to be affiliated with our partner facilities to become a patient of HSPT. Athletes will feel right at home in these high-energy environments.
