Office Administrator

Haley Mason is a Front Office Administrator at Herlong Sports Physical Therapy, where she handles insurance verification and other administrative tasks that keeps our office running smoothly.

A Tampa, Florida native and proud alumna of the University of South Florida, Haley earned her degree in Health Sciences while working as an administrative assistant for a cardiology practice. Her passion for physical fitness and for helping people led her to HSPT, where she loves making genuine connections with patients.

As a volleyball player in middle school and high school, Haley recognized the impact that injuries can have on athletes. At HSPT, Haley appreciates the opportunity to see people physically become better versions of themselves while doing what they love.

Having worked in a variety of different healthcare offices, Haley appreciates the energy the HSPT team exudes. She hopes that HSPT can become a model for how healthcare should be done.

Haley currently lives in Germantown, MD. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hanging out with her friends, singing, quad skating, and thrifting. She hopes to learn sign language one day.
