Kollin Pavlik
Physical Therapist
Kollin Pavlik is a Physical Therapist at Herlong Sports Physical Therapy, where he helps patients return to the activities, sports, and daily movement that matter most to them. His clinical experience with HSPT inspired him to return as a licensed PT, and he now treats patients with the same supportive, upbeat energy he experienced as a student.
A New Windsor, Maryland native, Kollin graduated from South Carroll High School before earning his Exercise Science degree from Towson University and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He played multiple sports growing up, focusing on basketball in high school and recreational leagues in college.
Kollin didn’t initially plan on becoming a physical therapist. After pursuing business, he shifted to athletic training and discovered a passion for rehabilitation while shadowing an athletic trainer working with injured athletes. His interest in human anatomy and helping people return to sport made PT the right fit.
Kollin’s favorite part of the job is the time he gets to truly connect with patients. “Physical therapy allows for meaningful conversation throughout each session, helping people feel supported rather than overwhelmed. Rehab can be complex, and being able to talk with patients as much as we do is powerful.”
In his free time, he enjoys running, lifting, basketball, disc golf, spikeball, outdoor activities, and Bible studies with friends. He has also been producing music for seven years, creating hip hop and rap beats and recording songs with friends.
