Roza Tsimberg
Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, BFR)
Roza Tsimberg grew up in Baltimore County, MD, where her early exposure to physical therapy—thanks to her mom, a PTA—sparked a lifelong interest in the field. After graduating from Franklin High School, she earned her degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she further explored her passion by working with the Sports Medicine Department. A background in dance, tennis and volleyball deepened her appreciation for sports rehab and injury prevention.
Roza is certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training and brings a dynamic, patient-centered approach to her work. She was drawn to Herlong Sports Physical Therapy after experiencing the clinic’s contagious energy and dedication firsthand. What sets HSPT apart for her is the mutual commitment between therapists and patients to achieving peak performance.
“My favorite part of the job is being a part of someone’s recovery story,” she says. “I love helping people not only return to their previous level of function, but also push past it.”
Outside of work, Roza enjoys Pilates, traveling, spending time with friends—and is hoping to learn how to play Pickleball soon!
